  • Limit consecutive night shifts to avoid burnout (max 4 in a row).
  • Balance workloads evenly using:

  • Seniority when needed

  1. Planner/Team Lead drafts next weekโ€™s schedule every Thursday.
  2. Employees are notified via email and dashboard Friday morning.
  3. Shifts are posted in Shift Dashboard.
  4. Any requests for change must be submitted by Friday EOD.

  • Use the Shift Swap Form
  • Swaps must be between employees in the same role
  • Manager approval is required
  • Last-minute swaps (<24h) allowed only in emergencies

โ— Absences and No-Shows

  • If you can’t make your shift:
  1. Notify your manager ASAP
  2. If no replacement is found, you may be marked as unexcused
  • Three no-shows in 30 days may lead to HR review

โœ… Compliance & Fairness

  • Maximum working hours: 48 hrs/week
  • Minimum rest between shifts: 11 hours
  • At least 1 day off every 7-day period
  • Double shift (>12 hours): prohibited unless authorized
